Yes. Export your properties, units, tenants, and lease PDFs from Buildium and we'll import them during onboarding. For Boulder customers, we do the migration for you. Most portfolios are live within a week.
Rent is charged through Stripe — ACH (cheapest), debit, or card. Funds settle into your connected bank account. Tenants can set up autopay; you can configure late fees, grace periods, and partial payments per lease. Stripe processing fees are passed through at cost, no markup from us.
Inline translation works in 100+ languages in both directions. Tenants write in their preferred language, you read and reply in yours. Original and translated text are preserved side by side — so nothing gets lost or misread.
Yes — every call in and out of your Rent Pebble number is recorded (with the state-appropriate disclosure played), transcribed, and threaded onto the relevant tenant, unit, or work order. You get a searchable record of what was said and when, which tends to settle disputes before they start.
You do. We'll never sell or share it. You can export everything — tenants, leases, payments, conversations, documents — as CSV and PDF at any time. If you cancel, we hold the data for 90 days then permanently delete it.
No. Pricing is per-portfolio, by unit count. Invite as many tenants, owners, vendors, and staff as you need within your tier.
Yes — owners see a read-only dashboard for the properties they own: payments collected, expenses, work orders, and a monthly statement. They never see other owners' data.
